Pulled Pork
Fall of the bone tender pork with the signature pink ring from being slow cooked and smoked over a low temperature for hours and hours..Eat it all on its own with a side of barbque sauce, or add it to a fresh bakery roll with your favorite fixings.

Fresh plump chickens quartered, rubbed, sauced and grilled to a mouthwatering perfection! Tender and moist.

Coleslaw
A creamy base that is not only a little sweet, but tart, salty and peppery! Add to freshly grated cabbage and carrots and you have a family favorite!

Southern Potato Salad
Potato Salad with a mayonnaise base, salt pepper, touch of garlic, finely chopped red and green peppers, celery, Vidalia onions with a touch of mustard giving it that full flavored tanginess we love in the South! Garnished with quartered hard boiled eggs.....
