Simply prepared, simply delicious! The freshest yellowtail, right out of the ocean just hours ago, sliced thinly and sprinkled with sea salt, freshly cracked black pepper, lemon zest, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and topped with finely shredded scallion. Serve chilled with toasted sesame seed crackers.

Chicken, Asparagus with Wild Mushroom Stir Fry

Looking Good Enough to Eat!!..... and it is! Deliciously tender chicken breasts cut in to strips, sauteed with the most beautifully fresh asparagus and mushrooms all nestled in a creamy wine sauce with a touch of garlic and shallots.....and just a hint of heat.

Steak and Pepper Stir Fry

Delicious Flank Steak tossed with red and green peppers, garlic, onion, ginger, broccoli, zuchinni, bok choy with a touch of sesame oil and sesame seeds served with toasted Nori!

Once again we're taking advantage of the "Farm to Table" that we have in Florida....Let's talk about zucchini and its beautiful and beautifully delicious flower which is coming on strong and will continue through to the end of summer. With a slightly peppery flavor and gorgeous variegated orange color, the zucchini flower not only adds flavor but also brings with it an exquisite visual appeal! Cannelloni filled with lightly seasoned ricotta topped with cheeses and zucchini blossoms baked off to a light and golden perfection, served with a crisp cold green salad and that perfect glass of unoaked Chardonnay or Pino Grigio!

A lighter delicious version of one of our favorites! Layers of ricotta, rich home made sauce, broccoli florets, baby spinach, zucchini, summer squash, wild mushrooms, mozzarella and Parmesan Reggiano mixed through out and then topping it all off making for a lightly golden crust!

Clam, Sausage and Fennel Stew

Mild Italian sausage sauteed and tossed with garlic,butter, sea salt and freshly ground pepper, anise seed, small red potatoes, heirloom tomatoes, fresh tarragon clam juice white wine and Parnod sliced fennel bulb simmered to perfection with fresh Littleneck clams added at the last few minutes steaming them open with the beautiful wine sauce, served over linguine.
