Fresh Fig tart with Orange Flower Custard
This tart is simple and casual – with a side order of elegant. The custard is light and creamy, thanks to the addition of crème fraîche, subtly laced with the heady, floral scent of orange flower water. For the crust, sweet tart dough, swapping out some of the regular flour with almond flour, and of course fresh lush figs all baked to perfection!

Two of my favorite go to desserts, cheesecake and creme brulee'. In this fantastic recipe we combined both with a spicy ginger snap crust creating a true taste sensation and as they say, "feel as if we have died and gone to heaven! "

Triple Chocolate Cheesecake with Oreo Crust
"Death by Chocolate" Never Gets Old! Delectable, Delicious, Decadent, Delightful and so much more. The crust is very simple from crushed Oreos and butter baked for 10 minutes. Over it is a thick layer of velvety chocolate cheesecake made of a combination of cream cheese, melted chocolate and cocao and over all that, you pour the unavoidable chocolate ganache. And to make the texture of my cheesecake more interesting, I put a lot of chocolate curls over the top! What could be bad?

Chocolate Raspberry Cake
Is it a Good Time for Chocolate? .....Of course it is! Gorgeous dark and silky chocolate combined with Chambord, a fresh raspberry filling in between the decadent layers of chocolate cake, topped with a luscious chocolaty frosting and then fresh firm succulent raspberries! The depth of flavor, the fullness and richness makes your mouth water with delight! All that chocolate just just coats your mouth and then slowly, and luxuriously melts away...need I say more? Yes? Well then, moist, dense, with ultra-chocolaty, shiny chocolate glaze drizzled down the sides.

S'Mores Cake in a Jar
Start with a buttery graham cracker crust fill with a deliciously chocolatey cake and then top it off with fluffy marshmallows gently browned off till a golden open fire color is achieved! Serve with a spoon and dare I say, a side of your favorite ice cream!

Almond Cake
This is a classic rich, sweet almond cake. Sophisticated enough to serve for dessert with pureed raspberries or sliced fresh strawberries, plums, or nectarines. Add a dollop of fresh whipped cream or sorbet and you have a deliciously simple dessert!

Mini Pineapple Upside Down Cakes
Mini in Size Doesn't have to Mean Mini in Taste or Presentation! You and your friends have just gorged yourself on one heck of a barbque......and as you set back for a few minutes you begin to think, "Something not to sweet or heavy" for dessert would be great right about now....Well here is! Mini Upside Down Pineapple Cakes! The batter itself isn't overly sweet and the tang of the pineapple helps cut through the brown sugar glaze making this "just enough" for that "just need a little something" dessert!
